Studio Boundary Statement

This studio is small, selective, and built around work rather than image.

We prioritize people who show up with competence, consistency, and respect for the craft. Everything else—status signaling, performance behavior, social maneuvering, or attempts to “talk your way in”—is irrelevant here.

We have a low tolerance for bullshit. That means unclear communication, ego-driven dynamics, and performative behavior do not survive in this environment.

Our culture has been shaped by mutual support and real-world solidarity. We value people who understand that contribution goes both ways—creative, practical, and human.

We are inclusive by default, but not flexible on conduct. Respect, accountability, and seriousness are the baseline.

If your approach depends on hierarchy games, ideology posturing, or extracting value without contributing it, you will not align with how this studio operates.

We are here to make strong work with strong people. Nothing more, nothing less.
